Designed with a fresh and sophisticated touch, the villa boasts an inviting atmosphere that allows you to feel at home within hours of your arrival. Every corner has been carefully curated to blend style with functionality, ensuring an exceptional experience during your stay.

The villa features five bedrooms, four of them spacious and thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and relaxation. All five bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom, offering convenience and comfort for every guest. The fifth bedroom with a queen size bed, versatile in its purpose, is ideal for children or a nanny.

The villa comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests, with the flexibility to add up to two extra airbeds in shared areas, perfect for larger groups. The open and airy layout ensures that everyone has ample space to unwind, whether it's in the bedrooms, common areas, or outdoor spaces.

This 100sqm spacious living room Includes an 85 inch flat SMART TV, a large sofa, additional armchairs, a dining table with 8-10 chairs

Fully equipped with all necessary appliances: Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Cooker, Stove, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Blender, washing machine, iron, ironing board and vaccum cleaner.

In the family-friendly community of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a short drive from Downtown Dubai.

Guest access and arrival

Before you arrive, you receive a complete guide for a smooth, stress-free check-in. At your scheduled arrival time the property manager welcomes you personally and helps with your luggage. Self check-in is also available; just let us know ahead of time.

Inside, the Welcome Guest Book has tips about the home, key contacts and the best local spots, and scanning the QR code at the entrance gives you all the details instantly.

Shared pool

• The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained every day.
• A guard is on site daily from 10:00 to 17:00.
