• Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with sumptuous linens, en-suite bathroom, spacious walk-in closet, sofa corner and vanity set.
• Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with premium linens, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, armchair and vanity set.
• Bedroom 3: generous 200 x 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, armchair and vanity set.
• Bedroom 4: two single beds (100 x 200 cm each), en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, armchair and vanity set.
• Bedroom 5: 120 x 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, mobile wardrobe and chair.
• Living room: sofa bed.

The bedrooms have direct balcony access for private relaxation.

Horizon is in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), near Al Barsha: a peaceful, family-friendly community with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and key business districts.

Guest access and arrival

Clear, step-by-step check-in instructions are sent before you arrive. For a more personal welcome, the property manager can meet you at the villa at your preferred check-in time, help you settle in and answer any questions. Self check-in is also available, ideal for late arrivals; just let us know in advance.

House notes

• Horizon is made for bringing people together, whether a relaxed family stay or a small, intimate gathering, with plenty of space to share meals and enjoy time by the pool. Planning a small celebration? Get in touch first.
• Smoking is allowed.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery and crockery, plus tea, coffee, Nespresso capsules, sugar, salt and pepper.
• Pool maintenance: the private pool is professionally maintained twice a week without exception. You will be told the approximate time window in advance; access for servicing cannot be declined.
• Flies can occasionally be present outdoors in certain months; keeping the terrace doors closed when not in use helps.
