House rules and important notes

• Non-smoking property.
• Parties are not permitted, for the comfort of all guests and the surrounding community.
• The private pool is not heated (private residential pools in Dubai are not heated).
• Pool maintenance: the pool is professionally serviced twice a week without exception. You will be told the approximate time window in advance; access for servicing cannot be declined, as it is essential for hygiene and water quality.
• The kitchen comes with all essential cookware, cutlery and crockery, plus complimentary salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, Nespresso capsules and sugar sachets.
• Flies are a natural part of the environment in Dubai and may occasionally be present; this is not related to cleanliness. Keeping the terrace doors closed when possible helps keep them out.
